HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Processing times vary depending on the item and current order volume.
Items that are not customized are processed 3 business days.
Customized items vary on the complexity of product.,We strive for 7-14 days in most cases.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns on non-embroidered, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Custom, personalized, or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at greathighwaycraft1@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
